Contacted through email and phone to coordinate interview. Began by reviewing job post and updates to position description since posting. Job requirements changed and so I was no longer qualified. Treated professionally with respect throughout, thanked for applying and encouraged to apply for another position.

Fifteen minute phone interview following by in person interview. Employees seemed disinterested in the work they were doing. Seemed like a very conservative, slow moving organization. Not 100% sure what they are looking for.
