I got a call from the recruiter for a phone screen interview 3 weeks later after applying. I had interview with 2 managers and supervisor. The interview went well. They asked me questions relating to the job which I fit 90% of the job description. Overall the interview went well. I got a rejection letter a month later. It was strange because the overall vibe of the interview was very positive. I believe I was rejected because my salary request was too high. Even though my salary request was within the salary range for the position.

2 days after i had applied only i received an invitation for a phone screen, after that i had the face to face interview with the hiring managers. The whole process took about 1 week. I received an offer for a different position but still with plenty of opportunity's to move up.
