Very quick turn around, I met with manager within a week and was hired on the spot. Interview was short and sweet, mostly asking about my experience in makeup and my work style. Lasted about 30 minutes and I was hired on the spot.
Friendly, lots of question and hypothetical situations in regards to customer service. Makeup portfolio was appreciated. Focus is on product knowledge and friendliness. Asked about retail background, what trainings I would be interested in. Also how hard I am willing to work to move up into a management position. Also my timeline I expect to management.

The interview was a group interview with 6 other people. It was slightly competitive but also fun. We had one-on-one interviews as well. I was called after I left and was hired for the job.
