The interview process was professional. Make sure you are wearing all black, look polished, and be confident in yourself and your knowledge. Sephora will provide a lot of opportunities of training, so do not be worried if you feel if you do not have a lot of product knowledge! They will just ask basic interview questions to get to know you.

Pretty standard interview. A lot of the questions emphasized selling to the customer so focus on that. If they ask what your favourite product is, don’t just say what it is. Try to sell it to the interviewer.

10 minute call over the phone, asked maybe around 10 ish common interview questions. Relatively easiy interview process and then they ask about availability, right to work, etc. at the end.
During the group interview process, all participants were asked the same set of structured questions. These included questions about industry knowledge, customer service skills, and several realistic scenario-based problem-solving situations.
