This interview process was unbelievably disorganized. My initial contact with the company was via email and their first question was salary requirements. Next, they asked my availability for the next day which I gladly responded to. On the morning of the interview I received an email stating the interview was being rescheduled for the following Tuesday at 12:00. Tuesday at 12 arrives and I receive a call rescheduling to 3:00 that day. Fine. The initial call is fairly normal with a basic skills review and standard questions. I'm told I will hear something by the end of the week. No response...Thursday of the following week I received a call stating the COO wants to speak to me the following week. During that interview the COO asks if I am married or if I have children, which is illegal, when I mention that I am not comfortable answering the question he backtracks and tries to cover himself by saying he wanted to know if there was anything stopping me from relocating. At the end of that I am told I will hear something in 2 weeks. No response whatsoever. In short my first call was rescheduled 3 times, responses were very late, and I was asked unethical questions during the interview process.
