There are not many interviews where you come away so impressed with the people that you meet. I can honestly say that even when I did not know what the ultimate outcome would be, it was worth it just to encounter so many intelligent, candid and professional people. The process is very thorough. You can expect multiple meetings and interviews and you can tell they really want the right fit for the Company, as well as yourself. They are also very candid about what they are looking for, which is someone, like them, who comes through not only for the client but for each other. This is not a "clock-in, clock-out" environment and everyone is committed to excellent service. The person who manages the interviewing process was great. She was always responsive and provided in-depth knowledge of the Sequoia culture, which was very helpful.

After someone from the client services team reached out to me on LinkedIn, I had a half an hour phone call with them discussing my previous experience and what the role entails. The next step was an onsite interview with 2 team members. I had to cancel the interview due to personal reasons and the team was very understanding. They waited till I was able to set up a time and did not rush me at all.
