Applied online, received a call a few days later for a phone screening. After clearing the brief screening, was offered to come out to the property I applied to for a Interview with the Community Manager and Portfolio (Area) Manager. Received an email after the second interview and was offered a 3rd interview with a Brand Manager via Skype or Face-time. The whole process was smooth. Any company that takes the time to put your through 3 phases of an interview is worth giving a shot. It shows that they are meticulous in who they hire to make sure they are a good fit for the image the company wants to portray to the community, which is re-assuring. Overall positive interview process. Any questions I had along the way were responded immediately by one of the extremely helpful HR Team Members. After the Interviews, they make you take a drug screening and go through a background check. After successful completion, I was officially offered a position which I accepted. A few days prior to my projected start date with Sequoia, my current employer offered me a position more along the lines of what I wanted to continue doing right now. I called the HR contact at Sequoia that was helping me to let them know I would have to turn down the offer. I was not looking forward to this since I was going back on a commitment I made with them but they were very understanding and supportive of my decision, not giving me a guilt trip or talking down to me about it. If I ever needed to look for work again, this is where I would go. I have sent other people their way simply because of the professional and supportive manner at which they handled my situation.

Very easy and engaging, everyone on the team is very nice. Took less than two weeks. Recommend if interested. Would like to see their approach with other companies as well.
