This was a relatively rigorous interview process for such an entry-level, low paying position. I have been with my current company for over 5 years. I was simply interested in getting information about possibly transitioning into Real-Estate/Leasing and wanted to brush up my interview skills, so randomly applied here. It started with a basic phone interview, from there a video interview and then there is another video interview with the marketing team. I Interviewed with a Tony Wilson of marketing, who wasn’t that nice. He was kind of condescending actually. He and another lady named Elizabeth basically grilled me. Asked a lot for a little position like this one , and then didn’t offer me the job lol. It was a great experience for me since I hadn’t interviewed in years prior to that. However, would recommend staying away if you have any real professional experience. This might be a decent gig for a young kid, between the ages of 18-26 in my opinion.
