The postion was open because of reorganization in HR, looking for the best candidate based on the needs of the HR community (likability "fit-in" and get along well with others). In-depth phone screen was the first step; two weeks later a invitation for face-to-face interviews, 5 interviewers (4-Directors and 1-VP). Mostly a conversational interviews, but a couple of behavioral questions. Basic behavioral questions (ex. tell me how you achieved the results regarding the accomplishment on this specific task). Overall the interview process was very timely and professional, unfortunately I did not receive an offer. Took several (3) weeks before I was notified of their hiring decision.

Initial contact was made through an executive search group that consisted of a general phone screen. I was then told that this information would be sent to the corporate office. I was then contacted by the recruiter and scheduled a second phone interview with the company, then 3 days later contacted to have a face to face.
