Serco does not give any timelines and there interview process is mechanical without any fixed outcomes or results. They state they have acquired a company HYIT and state that the operations round would be taken by the president of HYIT; however, his secretary states that it would be taken by the AVP of SERCO. They are not clear about the number of people required for the process and when the requirement would be there.
The interview process was: Online application, phone interview and then Remote(teams interview) with a team manager and operations manager. Friendly atmosphere. Heard back after a couple of days. Nothing out of the ordinary
