it was an online interview with Microsoft teams with a recruiter from Serco, its mixture of competency and role-play based interviews questions that lasts for one hour. before the interview they called you to let you know of the process.

The interview was straightforward and well explained. Entirely over the internet but in a way that was well carried out. Was simple questioning and scenario-based. The scenario had absolutely nothing to do with the job role nor industry as it was generic.
