      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto un giorno. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Serenity Healthcare (Lehi, UT) nel mese di lug 2024

      A Senior Corporate Recruiter messaged me on LinkedIn about exploring an "opportunity" with Serenity Healthcare. Scheduled a Teams calls, to which I was unable to immediately join, due to the fact that I am gainfully employed and another call ran over time. This call was simply to discuss this "opportunity" out of respect of her outreach. I received an email saying my "candidacy will no longer be considered due to missing the time for the interview", which this touch point could never be considered an interview because I have not applied to your company. Reviewed said opportunity and it is inferior to many Accounting Manager roles in market. You would be a fool to consider this an opportunity worth exploring. Such an extremely unprofessional decorum and communication style. No wonder the ratings of interviews are more than 50% negative. Their recruiting team clearly needs training and coaching. Must be reflective of their horrible work culture or the need to clean house. Major red flags at this company to engage someone directly and behave in such an unprofessional manner.
