Very relaxed but professional process which started with an initial chat with the Internal Recruitment Consultant to see if the role was something I would like to proceed with. My CV was submitted, after which an initial telephone interview was set up followed by a face to face interview a few days later. The face to face interview itself was formal enough to give the vibe of a professional, reliable business but was relaxed and informal enough to make me feel at ease and comfortable enough to be able to really engage with the people interviewing me, ask lots of question and get a good feel for the role and the company.
