Extensive company webinar overview that was followed by one on one interview with the leadership. The whole process was very smooth and informative! I have referred several people to work here.

During COVID, it’s a zoom interview that they claim when reaching out to make an appointment. It turns out to be a webinar with few others in attendance. It’s a sales presentation of Their business model which is 100% commission based. They start out with stating a few different jobs are opening and they will see which position is a good fit if you get to the next step of their hiring process. At the of the webinar, you are to fill out a survey so they can make judgement for qualifying you to meet with hiring manager. The job posting sounds much better than the presentation. It’s a bait and switch. If they summarized the presentation to create the job posting, I would not have wasted my time with this so called interview that was suppose to be with hiring manager. If you enjoy turning leads into closed sales in order to get paid, then this is for you. If you are looking for a base salary with bonus/commission, don’t waste your time with their so called interview.
