The initial interview took place in a positive manner, but it was felt that on the interviewer's side lacked the appropriate competencies, and even fewer details about the position itself. Why am I saying this? In a later round and a conversation with some German team leader all my doubts became justified... how many bs I heard in terms of which clients I would run, I was amazed at the amount of lies. I have many years of experience working in the regional market and I know all the partners and vendors. The funniest thing is, my house friend runs one of the companies that he claimed was their client. Shame. Not to mention that he was seriously late for the interview and everything seemed like he wanted to get as much information as possible about the market, and not to find an experienced manager. I've seen companies like this over the years - and they're getting a fat zero from me. I sincerely hope that our paths will never cross, and all the information about them, and the worst of it, I will gladly share wherever I go.
