      Colloquio per Corporate Recruiter

      27 lug 2018
      Candidato anonimo a colloquio
      Pittsburgh, PA
      Nessuna offerta
      Esperienza negativa
      Colloquio facile

      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso ServiceLink (Pittsburgh, PA) nel mese di mag 2018

      Colloquio

There were five interviews including the multiple phone interviews. I had a phone interview with the Hiring Manager. The interview went well. I was scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager, which I thought went very well. It was implied that I would receive an offer, but he wanted to wait to speak with his Vice President. The following week. I received a call from the Vice President and she was very nice. The call turned into a phone interview. She then said that she wanted to schedule me for a face to face interview. I accepted. I went in for another face to face interview and that appeared to go very well. She also implied that there would be an offer. She said that she wanted to discuss the details with the CFO. She and I had correspondence she keep me informed all weekend. She then said that she wanted to bring me in to meet with the director that was hired that week. She said that he would call me, which he did. He then said that he wanted to meet me in person. I accepted and then came in for another interview. It was pretty awkward because I asked questions that he could not answer because he had literally just started that week. I did disclose that I had a disability in the final interview and asked about there schedule. I believe that my disclosing this information was the only reason that I did not receive an offer. Since it had been implied that I would receive an offer from the hiring manager during my first face to face interview "just" after a few extra steps, I continued the interview. After two solid phone interviews and three face to face interviews and the implication that there was going to be an offer, I heard nothing back from Service Link. The hiring manager gave me a compliment during the interview and said that I was his strongest candidate. If they treat their employees the way that they treat their applicants, I completely understand how they have arrived at a 2.1 glassdoor rating. It was a complete waste of time and resources for me, and they did not have the curtesy to send me a letter letting me know that I had not been selected. Everyone was pleasant, but there is no care for the candidate in the process. The interviews went from May well into June. I only wrote the glassdoor review because I saw that they had posted the position again. Do not waste your time off or gas if thinking about applying. I had five interviews and no offer or rejection after so much time.
