I was contacted by a staffing company to see if I was interested in the opportunity. I did a quick phone interview with the staffing agency and then with a recruiter at SM. I was then invited to a face to face interview with a panel. After meeting with the panel, i met with the Hiring Mgr. The staffing agency called me and made the offer.
