Colloquio
My interview was hosted by three Software Engineers: a manager, a senior developer, and a new join. They all had good personalities and were competent, however the UI Manager's subtle twist of using reverse psychology and sarcasm to provoke certain responses caught me off-guard (e.g. "We don't use pull requests, we just develop on our own branches then merge to master.") and I wasn't sure how to respond to half the things he said without being insulting or condescending. It was kinda bs to pull during an interview.
The interview comprised of me designing a full-stack ticketing application on a 4' x 8' white board. Personally, I think having an interviewee design/code an application on a white board during an interview is a sick joke--the interviewee is standing there trying to write big enough for the interviewers to see, as well as keep track of what they are doing from one phase to the next... run out of space? watcha gonna do? fun-times...
Handwriting/designing/coding that much content on a white board was a disorganized mess and a waste of time. Since ServiceNow is footing the bill for these interviews, piece of advice: There are some nice projectors available on Amazon, I bet you could find one on sale for less than $500 which is about how much money was burnt on that interview having three software engineers and a prospect playing Pictionary for three hours.

Colloquio
I applied online. A recruiter contacted me for an initial phone screen, followed by a Zoom screen (background, prior experience, a high-level system design question), followed by three additional Zoom interviews back-to-back (easy to medium data structure and algorithm problems, JavaScript-specific question). The entire process took a month. I had a really good experience with the interviews. The interviewers appear happy and all have good vibes. Honestly, I didn't feel like being "interviewed", rather, I was basically chatting with them, as if I were already part of their team and we were working on some technical problems together.

Domanda 1
Two girls Like 2 to 3 years of experience interviewing 8 years of guy with questions one girl searching in laptop and the other in mobile.
1. Height of a binary search tree
2. Write full program for quick sort
3. Frequency count of Integers.
The thing is that these girls and the company itself don’t know anything other than JavaScript I think.
This is the worst interview panel I have ever in my 8 years of experience.
