Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso ServiceNow (San Diego, CA) nel mese di nov 2017
Colloquio
I applied through an employee referral. About a month later I got an email asking me to come in for an interview. It was a panel interview with 4 people, which for an intern who doesn't have a lot of experience can be very daunting. They started by giving me a coding test and had me solve it on the whiteboard. The question was nothing too difficult, just a basic algorithm question about finding the closest locations in a list. Afterwards they asked me about my school and projects in depth and basically made sure everything I put on my resume was accurate. At the end I asked them about their experience working at ServiceNow and what they did and then had lunch with a few of them. The entire interview was only 45 minutes. I got an offer letter about a week later.

Recruiter Call and then Technical interview with 3 software engineers. They worked with you as you solved the problem. There are no test cases, it is like a system design problem.

Colloquio
Pretty straightforward, had to follow up with the recruiter a few times though as they are a little slow but the final interview was 3 back-to-back interviews, one behavioral, one technical behavioral where they asked a super simple programming loops question, and one hiring manager.
