Got email to schedule telephone interview. First 5 minutes were spent on resume and my background. No other technical questions were asked. Coderpad link was shared for the coding question..
The process was unclear and the recruiter was not very organized. There was a lack of communication and even conflicting meetings. I would think it's something specific to this recruiter/instance.
