Let me start with a statement "Never ever follow up for offer letter status with servicenow hyderabad HRs". Why I said that?? Here is the story. I gave 3 rounds of interview and got a call from HR that I got selected and I was asked to submit documents. Now after 2 days I got a call from HR to confirm few details. He said he will be processing my offer letter. Now the real game begins from here. They will make you wait and you being candidate will obviously follow up for updates on offer letter. They will lie that they have put the offer letter for approval, now you wait and after some days you follow up again. Now what you see as follow up is considered as desperation of candidate by them and they start negotiating with you by providing an option of lowest offer they can give and they also act smart by saying, this is the best they can give and any request for higher CTC will not be approved by management. Final Result: I plainly rejected the peanut they offered. Why I shared this story? Just wanted to explain the trick played by HRs in servicenow, so you shouldn't get caught in it. Second reason is, These HRs should not sit idle and play same old school trick on every candidates. Atleast! they should be on their toes to find new tricks to fool candidates.
