Received a call directly from the manager. The process seemed very ad hock and it was difficult to schedule an interview. Finally was able to get one scheduled. When it came to the technical interview it was pretty standard except that the person was almost entirely hands off. It was like they just dropped a question and left to do something else. They never checked in unless I checked to see if they were still there and listening to me speak out loud. I checked in to make sure they we were on the same page, but they were never with me and I kept having to explain where we were at with the problem. I ended up not having enough time to finish the followup question.
