Very slow. 4 interviews and no defined next steps before told that the role was filled overseas.
Patience is key. Following up with the recruiter and for scheduling is also necessary. Overall, to have 4 rounds and then for the process to end because of a change in where the role was to be filled is disappoint at best.

One basic HR screening where I was asked about my current role and a few questions on compensation.
Then three rounds of interview where I was asked about my work and a case.
After all rounds were done, the HR told me that my interview went well and the hiring manager liked my profile but they want to review other candidates and have put my candidature on hold which was disappointing and unexpected from a company like ServiceNow.

Relaxed and good conversation
