      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 4 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso ServiceNow (San Diego, CA) nel mese di mar 2015

      Colloquio

Initially, I attempted to apply online but I never got a response from anyone. Then, I had a friend who worked there refer me for an internship position. I got an email from a lead software developer to schedule a phone interview. A month later, I had about a 35 min conversation with this lead software developer I got an email by phone. I spoke with him about my project. He told a fair bit about the company. At the end of the interview, he told me he wanted to schedule an in-person interview. I later received a follow up email. About two months later, I had an in person interview. I was immediately at ease when I met my interviewer; She was very easy to talk to and it felt like I already knew her for 6 months. She was one of the team leads. We pretty much used my resume as a framework for what we talked about. It felt more like a conversation than an interview. The interview was located in a small conference room and lasted for a little over 2 hours. About an hour in or so, another interviewer came in too. I had the impression that it was on rather short notice that he would be interviewing me because they were double booked for interviews. Near the end of the interview, I had the opportunity to ask both of them a few questions. After the interview, the woman who interviewed me toured me around the office, showed me where she worked, and introduced me to one of the current interns. I also received an email thanking me for coming in. About a month after that, I received a formal offer by email.

      Domande di colloquio [1]

      Domanda 1

What does the final keyword do? Describe binary search. How does the super() work? What is Java? What are some of it's key features? What is an identity matrix? How does one do matrix multiplication? Tell me about the project you have been working on and what did you do?
