After the initial conversation with a recruiter, I was scheduled to interview with the direct manager for the position. After that, I met with two individuals in back to back interviews from adjacent teams whom the role would interact with frequently. Overall the interviews were scheduled fairly quickly; although communication between and after was lacking from the recruiting team. Ultimately I withdrew my candidacy from consideration due to their mandatory vaccine policy as I did not feel I could represent a company that denied employees medical freedom and consent. I never received a reply to my email withdrawing my candidacy.
