bad experience ..after the first round..took forever for scheduling a second round and after scheduling 2 rounds. the interviewer didn't show up and this happen twice. i got fed up and this was a bad experience

I had a screening interview with the technical recruiter. The turn around time in moving to the interview with the hiring manager was very good. It was less than a week to hear from the recruiter that they were passing on me.
