Phone interview with the HR and then team interview (3 30 - 45 minute interview back to back). Took extremely long to hear back and get an update on the application process.

How a company so focused on workflows and experience can produce the worst interview process I've come across is mind boggling. Interviewing with a competitor showed the stark difference between ServiceNow's own broken way and the way it should be done. Recruiter not in synch with hiring manager or the interview scheduler (and was more focused on pinning me down on the exact salary number I would accept for a role we hadn't discussed yet). Scheduling should all be automated...especially by ServiceNow; instead took days and a clumsy handoff to a 3rd party. Overall worst candidate experience I've had. Complete waste of time interviewing only to have the role axed back before I received an offer.

Absolutely unprofessional process. Applicants are being ghosted after applying - even if you were subject to active search on LinkedIn and have been approached for this role proactively by the HR department.
