The hiring process spans two weeks, which feels too lengthy. It starts with an initial screening, followed by a two-day Plum test, and then a two-day TestGorilla assessment with a timed, camera-on requirement. After that, there’s a one-day design challenge based on a PSD file they provide. This is followed by a technical interview with the senior developer, then an interview with the manager, and finally, a job offer. However, if you don’t follow up, they won’t update you on your status.
