Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso ServiceRocket nel mese di set 2025
Colloquio
I had a strong initial interview with HR, but the second interview raised several concerns. The interviewer asked an unusual number of questions about diversity that felt unrelated to the role and appeared to express frustration about the company hiring someone outside their region. The tone and direction of the conversation made the experience feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. Overall, the second interview did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect in a well-structured hiring process.

Domanda 1
The interview included very little discussion about the technology, day-to-day responsibilities, or any substantive aspects of the role. Instead, the interviewer seemed heavily focused on diversity-related questions, which felt out of place given the context. For a professional work environment, I expected the conversation to center on skills, experience, and job expectations, making the emphasis on unrelated topics quite unusual.
The interview for a Technical Support Engineer role included technical and behavioral questions. Topics covered troubleshooting, networking, operating systems, and customer support scenarios. A hands-on assessment tested problem-solving skills, and interviewers asked about past experiences handling technical issues. The process was structured, with multiple rounds, including a technical test and situational questions to assess communication and adaptability. Overall, it was a well-organized experience focused on technical expertise and customer service skills
