The process started off well. The recruiter was responsive and timely with follow ups. He even told me that they pride themselves on having a 'two week' interview process and that they'd be more efficient than 'anyone else.' I advanced to the hiring manager round. The conversation seemed to go well, but felt rushed. We only had 30 minutes scheduled and that wasn't nearly enough time to get through the multitude of questions thrown at me. Then, silence for 2 weeks, which was very disheartening and felt contrary to what was promised at the start of the process.
