I applied online after seeing the job on LinkedIn, and was contacted by a recruiter within the next day or two. She put me through to the hiring manager for the team. Both of these were roughly 30 minute calls, and whenever there were next steps required, the recruiter was quick to communicate them back to me. The last step was to come on site to the company office for about 3 hours, meet with a few different individuals and deliver a presentation. They gave me a week to prepare for the presentation, updated me on any scheduling changes, and gave me the information I needed to find the office. The day on site gave me a really great feel for the company culture and everyone I talked to was really friendly. I was told I'd hear back in roughly a week and got a response the next day asking for references. Overall, an incredibly positive experience.
