2 - Phone screening with recruiter
3 - Phone interview with hiring manager (manager of the position)
4 - On-Site office tour and interview with 4 team members including the hiring manager (1 on 1 and 30 minute each)
6 - Request and submission of 3 professional references (2 managers and 1 colleague)
7 - Phone call with recruiter who provided a verbal offer over the phone and summary e-mail outlining offer.
8 - Was sent a formal offer (DocuSign) after accepting the verbal/e-mail offer
9 - Notified that a team member from their Learning and Development team would contact me a week prior to my start date
10 - Received/submitted request for background check (HireRight)
Overall the entire hiring/interview was well run/efficient. The recruiter was very engaged and was able to answer all of my questions.

Phone screening with a recruiter, phone interview with a hiring manager, presentation to hiring managers and an IC, and two video interviews one with a manager and another IC.
The whole interview process took about 1 month. The recruiting team was quick to respond to questions and help schedule interviews.
My experience was very positive and they did the best they could to take some of the stress and anxiety out of the interview process.

Overall, pretty standard interview process and took around 3 weeks to get from the initial employee referral to the final round results as they will get back to you within 1-2 days after each round. The recruiter constantly gave me incorrect information on who I was speaking with and was not always well-organized. Otherwise, everyone was nice and easy to talk to. Make sure you have plenty of questions.
Process:
-Recruiter Screening (30 MIN)
-Speak to Hiring Manager (30 MIN)
-Panel Presentation - Share take-home assignment and speak to 3 other managers/ team members (1 HR 30 MIN)
