Prior to the initial HR phone screen, I received a set of online coding questions. They were fairly easy and quick to complete. After a day or 2, got phone call from HR explaining more about the role and expectations for the next rounds. HR coordinators were very friendly and kept me updated throughout the process through email/phone/text messages. Talked with the hiring manager over the phone and also during the on-site. A wide variety of questions and different formats were used during the on-site, including remote video call, live coding, and white board questions. I felt the questions were aimed closely for my role and nothing was totally unexpected. It was also very nice to meet a couple of the team members and also a quick tour around their nice office. The whole process took about 2 weeks.
