Was reached out to by a recruiter who was super friendly and helpful. Felt like he was in my corner. After passing a phone screening, he put me in touch with with the hiring manager for an hour call. A week week and a half later, I was asked to visit the office for an interview. The interview took about 2.5 hours and was conducted in a single room with a revolving-door style of folks coming into chat. Everyone was so friendly. Felt less like an interrogation of my bona fides and more of an interview about the way I problem solve and vibe with the team.
