A real mess. Initially the recruiter set expectations for the process as three steps and would take 3 weeks maximum. She was very responsive, but I should have known something was up after the first interview didn’t even match the process that was laid out. After completing seven interviews over six weeks (that went totally off the plan that was shared) the recruiter could not even bother to send a message saying thanks but no thanks. I guess I just assume we’re mutually uninterested.
