The interview process lasted approximately one month including meetings with different managerial staff. Interviewers were kind and professional, as a result motivating and pleasant atmosphere was kept during the whole process of the interview.

The interview process began with a phone screening from an internal recruiter. Next there was a phone interview with a hiring manager. Moving forward you will be asked to come on site for a 3 hour interview to meet with several team members. There was an accounting assessment at the end. The assessment related to accounting transactions reflected in T accounts. After being on site, a follow up interview was scheduled the next week and the company asked for three professional references.
