I only went through 2 rounds, dropped half way through for a different offer. First interview was a phone prelim, asked me a lot of STAR based behavioral questions and why I would be good at sales and how I handle rejection. Second round was a video call with the Account Manager, and 25 minutes was behavioral questions about me and how I work. Second 25 minutes was a role play scenario where I did a mock phone call with a client and acted how how I would handle the phone call for a potential client.

First interview was positive, recruiter was engaged and polite. 2nd round with sales managers took a nosedive. The 2 sales managers were completely unprepared and didn't try to hide it. Additionally, the 1-pager on preparing for the 2nd round said the mock call will involve simple objection handling and said you didn't need product knowledge (however I still did research). During the call, they gave such difficult scenarios one could only counter with niche, deep product knowledge . At one point, one sales manager turned the interview into a therapy session, was extremely condescending as my motivations weren't "deep" enough to take on the entry level role (of which their personal reason was money...). Terrible expectation management, lack of accountability and beyond unprofessional.
