there were two levels to the interview process- one with my would be direct supervisor and the second with the executive director and another manager since i was interviewing for a director position of a new program that was to be built by me. The first interview was very smooth and I left feeling confident. During the second interview, I felt scrutinized and questioned whether I could do the job or not. The second interview definitely made think twice about going through with the job if it was offered to me.
