This was a multi-step interview process. It began with one or two phone interviews and then an invitation to campus. The interview on campus included a demo lesson and a timed writing prompt.

Very kind interviewer and upfront about the interview process. Asked very fair questions about the role and previous experience. They were very quick to move the interview process along, the entire process took a little over a week which is very rare in this industry.
