An outside recruiter reached out, we had a phone interview, and they asked me to fill out a form. They said I did a great job filling it out, and it seemed like a culture fit. I went into the interview, and the interviewer was incredibly rude. From what I gathered, this interviewer would have been my supervisor. They checked their phone to respond to texts at least 4 times, while I thought I was excelling during the interview. While leaving the interviewer asks how I arrived, and scoffed at my mode of transportation. The outside recruiter said they put the position on hold, and I followed up for feedback intermittently. I never got any feedback.
