I had 3, 1 hour interviews in the span of a week in and a half. 2 with the business director of the consumer products, and one with both the business director of the Marine & Military Electronics and the project development manager. I was firs reached out to by a recruiter, who then connected me with the Regional Talent Acquisition Lead who made the 4 interview call setups. I believe all 3 interviews went well, I think had a 4th interview set up as a final interview, but 5 minutes before that call started the Talent Acquisition Lead called me to tell me my interview was cancelled and they went with the other candidate due to that person matching better with their needs for the role. Definitely a long interview process to then be told 5 minutes before the last one not only will I not have it, but that I didn't get the job, but that happens I know.
