A series of self reflective and situation questions relating to the work of a CCA. Interview by 2 managers. Was formal and comfortable. I enjoyed my experience. It was also very straight forward and easy to understand.

They call you. After a few questions, they set up your interview..i had it through teams..they ask some situational and some from your previous experiences..then they ask for references..then, criminal record check, vulnerable sector check, and then its done.
