Had a call with another architect and the lead for the practice and went through my experience and previous project work. This lasted approximately 30 minutes
Following interview i was advised of the salary and then independently had calls from outside recruiters advising me of the role and the salary was much higher than the one I was initially offered. Upon learning this i messaged the practice lead and was then ghosted by the organisation after multiple employees had viewed my LinkedIn profile
