Be prepared to interview with 5-7 people in a short time frame that are supposed to stick to the HR supplied "interview model" of questions. The particular employee you may work with or for may not have the flexibility to ask pertinent responsibility or qualification questions since they have to stick to the "scripted" questions or points to cover with you. You will run out of time if you try to ask questions or elaborate on your previous experience, or the company's culture. Actually not impressed with the team interview process here and their somewhat lack of interest in getting to know the real skills and achievements of the candidate that makes them worthy of filling the role. They all seemed to rush to stick to the tight time frame allotted, with one interviewer clearly not wanting to even participate and exited after 5 minutes to allow another colleague to oversee.

Interviewed in October 2023 Applied online, scheduled interview, mostly behavioral questions, questions on product design, panel was director of product management and 2 product managers. They make you feel really comfortable about the whole process. Keep the company principles in mind.
