The interview process was rather easy. They first had a phone interview followed by a meeting with a larger group of food scientists later. But their process was rather slow and overall disappointing as they said that they went into a hiring freeze all of a sudden and couldn't continue with the process.

They were really interested in whether or not I would be comfortable in a chaotic, super demanding, and always changing work environment. All of my interviewers seemed to be exhausted and a little underprepared to truly vet me as a potential candidate.
