Interviewed for 2 positions both had 5-7 30 minute interviews. The first position it took weeks to hear a final answer and the second time I never heard back. If I’m doing 5-7 interviews I expect the decency of hearing the answer is no instead of just not hearing anything. I felt like all the interviews went pretty well but not hearing back isn’t ok.
