Two people were on the panel-the manager and educator. The questions were mostly physhological: "Tell me about a time when...", "What would you do if... conflict, emergency, etc". There was a case study as well.

I applied online then a HR representative called. This was followed by a phone interview and finally a panel interview. The group interview was not intimidating and I heard from HR and management within 2 days.

Came in for 3 different interview panels only to get a no because I lacked experience in the ER. Why did you drag me here three times if you knew you weren't going to hire me?
