Panel of 4 nurse managers and nurse educators, as well as the director of the new grad RN program. They were very friendly and seemed to genuinely want to get to know my personality and interest in nursing. They asked a lot of behavioral questions.

Tell us about a conflict you've had with a colleague, and how did you deal with it?
If selected, you will be emailed to select an available interview date. Once there, there will be a panel of interviewers who made me feel comfortable, and asked the general questions like tell me about yourself, why should we hire you, etc
Was interviewed by 2 people, very casual and not much conversation. They seem to be scoring your answers while looking at your portfolio. Total was about 15 minutes, went by super fast.

It was a panel with unit managers, very welcoming. They asked questions back and forth from a pre-made list. Varying on topics relating working with others, prioritization, experiences, ethical dilemma.
