Panel Interview with 7 interviewers total. The interview was not very conversational but more in a question-then-answer format. They used more behavioral type questions because this was a new graduate RN interview.

If selected, you will be emailed to select an available interview date. Once there, there will be a panel of interviewers who made me feel comfortable, and asked the general questions like tell me about yourself, why should we hire you, etc
