I was contacted about 5 months after I applied for an in-person interview. One on one interview with a supervisor on the unit. The interview went smoothly and questions consisted of personality related ones as well as 1-2 basic scenario questions. Afterwards, they send a link to a reference check website where you need 3 references to complete.

It was really straight forward, we scheduled a day and time and i came in 30 minutes early to find the exact location. My interview was around 30 minutes long and i was offered a position. I was told that a drug screen and background check would be conducted as long as a reference check. After that around three weeks later i received an email to schedule my physical and drug test. Soon after i received an email stating that i was cleared and i was sent an appointment day for New Hire Paperwork. After that i was sent an orientation day and time.
